We utilise the flexible optical sorter REDWAVE that enables the effective recovery of plastic bottles, containers, films and bio-degradable plastics. The materials are scanned by sensor systems to identify and check whether each item matches specific requirements e.g. to identify if a plastic bottle is PET, HDPE or PP. We also use Wagner bale breakers and perforators in the processing of plastics.
