When our existing contract encountered unexpected difficulties in processing materials through an extended conveyor system, we sought advice from multiple organisations and industry experts. It became apparent that no easy or even tried and tested solution was available.
We then contacted KMH, with whom we had dealt on previous contracts. KMH dropped everything to visit our site and talked through with us our experiences to date and what we expected to encounter for the duration of the contract. KMH set up a “mock” system to trial actual material and developed a bespoke solution to be integrated into a complex, existing system.
KMH developed a design and produced 3D proposals in double-quick time to enable us to make an expedited and informed decision on how to proceed. Once we embarked on delivering and installing the modifications necessary, KMH provided excellent support: from design through to delivery, installation and commissioning, not to mention securing early delivery of components to beat an already tight time frame. In short, an excellent end-to- end service from people who took great care to understand the problem and be part of the solution.
